During 10 - 12 February 2014, took place the official visit of the Undersecretary of State of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Stanislaw CHMIELEWSKI, Director of the Department of Decision Implementation and Probation, Mr. Miroslaw PRZYBYLSKI and Deputy Director General of the Prison Service, Mr. Colonel Jacek KITLINSKI.
On February 11, the representatives of Poland have met with the Head of the Central Probation Office, Vladimir POPA and Deputy Head of the Central Probation Office, Sergiu MARGARINT. The meeting was aimed at examining the nuances of starting a cooperation agreement. In this context, have been addressed various aspects of justice and probation from both countries and took place an exchange of good practices. Also on 11 February, was held a meeting at the Ministry of Justice of Moldova aiming to discuss the procedure for initiating a partnership agreement between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova and the Ministry of Justice of Republic of Poland, which was followed by a visit to the probation office of Botanica where representatives of Poland were acquainted with the elaboration of a pre-sentence reports and personal files.
As a result of the meeting, will be undertaken other steps to start the collaboration agreement.
