On March 03, 2014 was signed the cooperation agreement betweeen the Central Probation Office and the National Council for State Guaranteed Legal Aid (hereinafter – National Council). The purpose of this agreement is the cooperation between the Central Probation Office and the National Council in order to contribute to achieving access of persons to justice which are on probation authority records by providing them state guaranteed legal aid.
In furtherance of the objectives set out in the agreement, the Central Probation Office will inform the subjects about the conditions of receiving State Guaranteed Legal Aid, as well as assisting them drawing up the application for qualified state guaranteed legal aid and directing them to the National Council for State Guaranteed Legal Aid.
