In the period of July 16 to 26, 2014, 23 minors enjoyed a holiday at the summer camp "Cristiano" Criuleni region, Slobozia Dusca village, out of which 6 minors are registered to the probation offices from Chisinau city and 17 children of subjects of the probation. Children were accompanied to camp by the parents, guardians and the probation counsellors. Children have fully benefited of the opportunity to spend happy holidays, to meet new people the same age, with the same interests and beliefs and to acquire new knowledge.
This activity was organized with the aim of social reintegration and adaptation. Such an action takes place within the probation system the third consecutive summer. The minors had a rest program that included sports competitions, swimming and hours of art, which were carried out within the nature, such as survival techniques, guidance within nature and compass, hiking, crafts, building of shelters. These activities had an essential contribution to good physical and mental development of children and the preparation for a healthy and balanced life.
Organizing such an event was possible thanks to the collaboration agreement between the Central Probation Office and the Municipal Department for Child Rights Protection, concluded on August 8, 2012.
