On October 15th, 2014, was signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Probation Office of Buiucani and the Association for Child and Family Empowerment “AVE COPIII” (NGO). MoU aims to promote and protect the children rights who are at the evidence of the Probation Office of Buiucani.
The objectives set out in the Memorandum refers to providing quality services based on immediate and sustainable interventions in case of abandoned and abused children, who are at the evidence of the Probation Office of Buiucani, aimed to their family and social integration.
The director of the, Association for Child and Family Empowerment "AVE COPII" (NGO), Mariana IANACHEVICI, told "The Association will provide access to the training courses for the employees of the Probation Office of Buiucani under their jurisdiction, and to provide assistance to the children indicated in this Memorandum at the request of the Office, based on their needs’ evaluation. The Association will coordinate all the individual interventions with the guardianship authority of the sector and the Probation Office of Buiucani.
The direct beneficiaries of the interventions of the parts of this MoU are the minor children in conflict with the law and children of the convicts who are at risk and at the evidence of the Probation Office of Buiucani.
