On the 12th November 2014, within the Town hall of the centre district was held a meeting entitled "Partnership in the development of social services for children and young people in difficulty". The meeting was attended by the head of the Probation Office of Centre district, Chisinau municipality - BODEACA Liubovi, the main counsellor of the Probation Office of Centre district - CODRU Olga, the vicepretor of the Centre district - GRAUR Eugenia, the head of Child Rights Protection Directorate from the Centre district - STEFANET Lidia, 10 teachers working in the community centres, "Dacia", "Buburuza", "Amicii", "Fantastic CeCeFel", "Fantastic", "Spartac", "Florile dalbe", "Andriesi", "Speranta". Also, the meeting was attended by the prosecutor from the Prosecution of the Centre district - POSTOLACHE Olga, COJOCAR Svetlana - Child Safety Bureau, GROZA Daniela - Institute for Penal Reform, SIMBOTEANU Daniela - National Centre for Child Abuse Prevention, CIUBOTARI Victoria - National Centre for Reproductive Health and GLAVAN Adela - the Director of the Territorial Medical Association of Centre district.
During the meeting were discussed issues related to the project " Adolescence territory: free but protected" in order to increase the chances of social reintegration of vulnerable children at risk, through the development of the child protection policies, streamline of the intersectoral cooperation, increasing the responsibility of the parents / family members, informing children to prevent and reduce the risk situations for the vulnerable adolescents, adapting the social services to the needs of this group of children and their parents, creating confidence spaces for teens, carrying out the training, recreation and socialization activities for adolescents and youth, raising the public awareness about the problems of vulnerable children and the risks to which they are subject.
At the end of the event were discussed important issues stipulated in the project on future on preventing prophylaxis of tuberculosis and HIV / AIDS, combating the drug addiction, actions on combating the trafficking in human beings, actions on the implementation of the national program to promote healthy lifestyles and actions on the prevention of juvenile delinquency.
