The first meeting of the program “Prevention of the juveniles’ violence” took place on the 9th of December 2014, organized within the Probation Office Ungheni by the head of the Probation Office Ungheni – Irina SISCANU. This meeting was attended by the head of the probation office Nisporeni – Dan PIRLICI, a probation counselor from Nisporeni – Tatiana SIRBU and 6 juvenile probation beneficiaries who are at the evidence of the probation office of Ungheni.
This activity aimed at informing the juveniles on reducing the crimes, prevention of the aggressive behavior, formation of a positive interpersonal style, identification and sharing of emotions at work, formation of the vocational skills and moral attitudes in order to prevent and eliminate the violence, exploitation of the positive behaviors and peaceful resolution of conflicts.
The meeting held under this program will have an impact on the children in the creation of a positive interpersonal style. The beneficiaries will identify the relationship between their behavior and the behavior of others; identify the appropriate behavior in interpersonal relations and internalization of this type of behavior and keeping of a harmonious environment based on trust, tolerance, respect and fairness.
The activity was conducted in an interactive way; children participated in various games and activities, having the possibility to capitalize the skills appropriate to each situation and to discover new things in the future that will contribute to the continued development of pro-social behavior.
