Today, February 13th, 2015, was signed the cooperation agreement between the Central Probation Office and “Ion Creanga” Pedagogical State University, Faculty of Psychology and Special Pedagogy.
The objective of the agreement presents the establishment of a mutually beneficial partnership between the Parties in order to adjust the training process of students of the Faculty to the labour market necessities by linking the science-advisory assistance with the practice.
The present cooperation agreement aims to contribute to the organization of the workshops with the participation of the specialists from the Faculty and probation counsellors, in order to improve and streamline the study programs in accordance with the requirements of the labour market, to foster volunteering and internship provided by the students on the possibilities and the specific activity of probation.
The Faculty commitments are: providing through the specialized departments of the Faculty, the consultative assistance in the field of activity of the Partner; providing continuous professional training of the specialists through refresher and retraining courses of the personnel; organization of roundtables, with the participation of the specialists of the Partner, in order to familiarize the students and teachers with the activity of the Partner; recommendation, at the request of the Partner, of graduates and future graduates of the Faculty for their possible employment.
Also, the Central Probation Office takes its obligation to accept, based on common interests, internship teachers of the Faculty in subdivision thereof; accepting at the proposal of the Faculty, to undertake internships and volunteers, using, where case, the creative and working potential of the trainees, supervising and validate their activity according to the possibilities and the specific of the probation activity; delegating as established the employees to studies and training courses at the concerned specialities; delegating its experts to roundtable in order to familiarize students and teachers with their activity, with internship opportunities of the students.
