On 11th March 2015, was held a jointly meeting with the probation counsellors, the Prosecutor from Cahul - Alexandru TURCANU and the mayors of the villages from Cahul: Badicul – Moldovan, Brinza, Tataresti, Slobozia Mare, Cislita Prut, Alexandru Ioan Cuza, Vadul lui Isac, Andrusul de Sus, Andrusul de Jos, Rosu and Larga.
During the meeting were discussed the following topics:
- The difficulties encountered by the LPA after the amendments in the Execution, criminal and contravention legislation concerning the working hours of community service;
- The necessity for training the convicts on labour security and health before starting work;
- Fairness of completion of the work schedule on the enforcement of community service by the LPA.
At the end of the meeting, the mayors said that the amendments in the execution, criminal and contravention law on working hours of community service are welcome and useful.
