On March 26th 2015, the counsellors of the Probation Office Nisporeni had a meeting with officers of the Police Inspectorate Nisporeni, Nicanor CIOCHINA - head of the PI and Petru BUTNARU – Prosecutor, Prosecution from Nisporeni. The meeting was opened by Nicanor CIOCHINA, who said that: "Delinquency is an increasingly common phenomenon among young people, especially dealing with robberies, drug use and traffic, and theft. The young offenders come not only from dysfunctional families and those with a poor material condition but they may come from wealthy families, with parents with a better social position, but, for lack of time, do not carefully supervise their children. We must insist among young people, we provide rules and tips in order not to be victims of offenses. "
The meeting aimed to establish and improve the cooperation relations, organization of joint actions in preventing the risk of committing new crimes by persons under the Probation Office evidence and were discussed issues concerning thefts committed by minors, on the grounds that many of them come from socially - vulnerable families or from families with one parent, or just with grandparents.
The chief Probation Office Nisporeni - Dan PIRLICI, said that "minors who have a higher risk of relapse should be visited in the presence of the sector inspector, social worker, probation counsellor in order to determine the standard of living and the problems they face". At the end of the meeting, Dan PIRLICI, thanked the participants for their receptiveness in solving problems and for the fruitful collaboration between institutions.
