Roundtable: "Interaction and collaboration between the Probation Bureau Vulcanesti and the Social Assistance Directorate"

On 10 May this year, the counselor of the  PB Vulcanesti held a roundtable with the representatives of the Social Assistance Directorate from Vulcanesti.

The round table aimed to set some common objectives in collaboration between institutions, providing information services on social assistance, taking into account the needs and problems of persons to be released on probation before term, convicted persons that are in the record of the PB, minors at-risk and minors prone to relapse.

Polina Dondiuc - Counselor in the Probation Bureau Vulcanesti explained the role of the probation counselors and the need for cooperation between the institutions in the resocialization and reintegrate into society of the convicted persons and the necessity of the needed help.

At the end of the meeting, participants identified the mechanisms of development, collection, synthesis of data on minors at risk or in conflict with the law, the need to involve other institutions for helping them and also social workers.
