The role of the pre-trial report - working meeting held by PB Nisporeni

In a collaborative purpose of the Probation Office Nisporeni with relevant bodies on the pre-trial stage on 23 May 2016, probation counselors held a working meeting entitled "Pre-trial psychosocial assessment report of the personality". The meeting was attended by the counselors of PB Nisporeni  and representatives of the Prosecutor Nisporeni: prosecutor – I. Zaporojan  and T. Diaconu.

During the meeting they were discussed multiple topics regarding: the structure of the report, how to select data on personality, the assessment purposes  of the essay to give to the prosecutor and judge an analysis of the functioning of the offending behavior of the person for whom the assessment report was asked; of how certain social, psychological and medical conditions turns to  criminological factors, and how  can  be acted on these factors to decrease the risk of recidivism and social reintegration of the offender.

In discussions it was pointed the deadline for making the report, that is forwarded to the applicant body within the 14 working days from the receiving of the request. If the collection of information requires more time period, then it is extended by 5 working days.
