In order to improve the cooperation relations and effective cooperation in the supervision and enforcement of the sentences with the deprivation of the right to drive vehicles, on May 27, 2016 the counselors of the Probation Bureau Basarabeasca met in a working session with the representatives of the Police Inspectorate Basarabeasca and the Patrol Battalion South PGI of the MIA , Sergei Răilean – Head of Battalion Basarabeasca- Comrat Ceadir-Lunga, Ion Minascurta- Head of the Police Inspectorate Basarabeasca.
During the meeting there were discussed issues related to enhancing the control, supervision and monitoring of the persons deprived of the right to drive vehicles in the evidence PB Basarabeasca. There were also established some collaborative actions: providing the lists of persons subject to probation currently existing on probation and informing the battalion about new people received in evidence.
Sergei Railean - said that only an effective cooperation and exchange of information will enhance the efficiency of the supervision of the convicted persons with the disqualification from driving vehicles.
At the meeting, the probation counselors had informed those present about the statistical data, regarding the total number of persons deprived of the right to drive vehicles in the record of the probation office.
In PB Basarabeasca there are currently registered 43 people sentenced to deprivation of the right to drive vehicles.
