Joint meeting of the Probation Office Cimislia and Family and Social Protection Directorate

On 22 September 2015, the Probation Office Cimislia and the Family and Social Protection Directorate held a joint work session with the goal of developing the capacity and probation activities in order to reintegrate, re-socialize people in conflict with the criminal law. The meeting was attended by the probation counselors and representative of the Family and Social Protection Directorate - Tatiana Mihailov.

During the meeting it was agreed to work together in order to establish the problems and needs of the probation subjects at the evidence, and subsequent resolution thereof to prevent the risk of committing new crimes, being involved in activities to prevent juvenile delinquency, coordination of trusteeship, guardianship and protection of orphaned childrens rights and children without parental care.

At the end of the meeting it was discussed the necessity of conducting visits in territory of the social workers jointly with the probation counselors, which will increase the chances of solving the difficulties faced by prisoners and their families.
